Stall holders, if you have a one-day policy and the market you were planning to attend, gets cancelled, we can issue you a refund or hold the policy open till your next market.  If you would like us to process a refund, please email  Wendy at and include details of your Policy number.

Market Organisers, if your Market gets closed for an extended period, contact us at and we will work with our Insurers to achieve an acceptable outcome for you.
